Mr. Sean Jordan

I am a junior high history and religion teacher. I have been teaching at St. Jude for 15 years and have 18 overall years of teaching experience, all within the Catholic School system. I received my Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) and my Master's Degree from Xavier University (Go Muskies!). History is not just my job, it is my passion. I enjoy reading, traveling to historically significant locations, and spending time with my family. I am also a huge New England Patriots fan. My goal as a teacher is to make history relevant to my students' lives by connecting past events to the modern day.

A thorough background check is required for all those employed or volunteering to work with youth or vulnerable adults as a cleric, at a parish or school, as an Archdiocesan employee or at an Archdiocesan institution. All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through SELECTION.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment. In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before begin- ning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
